Monterrey, N.L. - The Tourism Cluster of Nuevo León committed to meet its 5th Strategic Axis, the Human Capital Professionalization, the Social Media Workshop Vol. 2, focused on strategies to optimize investment in Facebook ads.

Industry members, including Optima Hotels, Ikali Hostel, Parque Fundidora, UDEM and others, were trained in this workshop given by Nabe Agency, who provided attendees with knowledge for the interpretation of results and tools to develop skills for the management and control of return on investment. This workshop will allow them to facilitate decision making through clear and real market information.

This effort to train the sector in these issues is born from the great technological growth that allows us to approach the market in a more dynamic and measurable way. The purchase of tourist products and services in digital form is beginning to be the most popular way for travelers.

Some of the topics seen during the workshop were; advertising target strategies, personalized audiences, principles of advertising copy, offline/online data crossing, among others.

The Cluster is already planning the Social Media Workshop Vol. 3, this time focused on Google AdWords, as it is aware of the need to strengthen technological development and digitalization in the State's Tourism Industry.
